Doyce Barnes sentenced to 4 yrs jail for I2G Ponzi fraud


Infinity2Global govt Doyce Barnes has been sentenced to 4 years in jail.

Barnes sentencing follows a jury discovering him responsible on mail fraud and securities fraud prices.

Barnes, together with co-defendants Richard Maike (proper) and Faraday Hosseinipour, filed for an acquittal and new trial after their September conviction. The movement was denied previous to sentencing.

Maike, founding father of Infinity2Global, was sentenced to 10 years in jail earlier this week. Hosseinipour is scheduled to be sentenced on January fifth.

The restitution element of Maike’s, Barnes’ and presumably Hosseinipour’s respective sentences, can be dominated on at a February 2nd listening to.

Though a date hasn’t been set but, remaining I2G defendants Dennis Dvorin and Jason Syn have but to face trial.

Within the pursuits of judicial effectivity, Dvorin and Lyn have been “severed” from the first I2G trial again in July.

It’s anticipated Dvorin and Lyn will stand trial someday after February 2023.
